No, it isn’t a joke. We’ve all seen television footage of energy healers in bangles and yoga pants waving their hands over someone while gazing intently into the beyond. If that’s your style, more power to you, but that’s not how I do it. Reiki is all about directing energy through focused intention, just like praying for someone who is sick or troubled. I don’t control the energy, I just supply the focused intention. If you’d like to give it a try, I’m offering a limited number of free 5-minute sessions each week. There is no need for a phone or zoom connection. You sign up for a specific day and time, and either find a place to sit quietly and be receptive during that time, or go about your day as you would normally. Don’t be surprised if your experience of life shifts in unexpected ways.
