There is no magic or mind control involved. Hypnotherapy is like zoning out at a stoplight, but instead of letting your mind wander, we show it how to follow the connections between today’s troubles and the programming errors of the past. In that familiar, but “non-ordinary” state of awareness you have the opportunity to choose differently (both as child and adult), and free yourself from the time-worn grooves of unconscious decisions.
