I have been attending the groups offered by Joe over the summer and have only good things to say. The space brings together amazing, like-minded individuals and gives us the opportunity to find strength, healing, and peace in our busy lives. No two weeks are ever the same, but always powerful with any meditation that we end up doing. I've had the chance to experience chakra meditations, animal medicine, and original guided meditations just to name a few. I always leave with answers to questions that I had been struggling with, and am immediately looking forward to coming back the following week.

Talk about the universe pointing you to the right path. I randomly came across Flowing Water Healing's services and I'm so thankful I did. Dealing with extreme depression and anxiety and refusing to take prescription meds is a tough spot. I started feeling a bit hopeless to be honest. Not being able to focus on the present. Joe in a small amount of time has given me back my hope. Given me tools that I could use in my daily life to bring myself back to the present. He has such a warm and loving vibe. I'm have a good sense about people and he's so very genuine. I would most definitely recommend hypnotherapy from Joe. I instantly felt at ease with him which is so rare for me. Thank you Joe!!!

As a therapist with over 40 years experience who has more recently come to Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and as a colleague of Joe's, I want to say something about my experience with Joe as we worked and trained together for over 2 years. I found Joe to have a rare capacity for insight, someone who Is extremely perceptive in what he is able to understand about others and then utilize that ability to provide a framework through which a person can find for him/herself resolutions to what is besetting him/herself.
